Chicken Charlie

After months of hearing such wonderful rave reviews about Chicken Charlie, I knew I just had to try it.  Unfortunately, since they close at 9pm, I have not been able to get here early enough, until recently, to try it out.

I am not a fan of fast food joints.  But when you say Charlie's....well, that's a different story.  I am so glad they opened a new store along Ortigas.

Ever since I have tasted Chef Bruce Lim's offerings some years ago in his kitchen/studio, he has been one of my favorite chefs.  He has deconstructed our pinoy food and rebuilt it in such a way that makes us think and savor the different layers of flavor in each dish.
