For  months now, I have been hearing great things about this place from divers whenever I am in Anilao.  So I was finally able to visit this place one Sunday night after a great day of diving.

Considering it was on a Sunday night and late, I was surprised that the place was almost packed.

Baby Back Ribs, medium, P180

We ordered the baby back ribs, of course.  I must say, I was not disappointed.  The ribs was fork tender and the meat itself was flavorful.  This had been lovingly compared to the Baby Back Ribs of Racks.  It comes with a cup of garlic rice, which was served to me a bit cold in the middle and corn kernels.

This is the large size baby back ribs.  Add P35 and you can replaced the garlic rice with mashed potato and gravy.

Coming from Manila, take SLEX then Star Toll
Exit at the end of Star Toll and head for Bauan
Once you see Bauan General Hospital on your left turn right and go straight.
