Who doesn't love a good deal?
 I have noticed recently the onslaught of group coupon websites here in the Philippines, particularly in Manila.  Similar to Groupons,  these sites offer massive discounts for restaurants, shops, salons, spas and services.  Suddenly dining out is not as expensive as you might think.
Here are the  5 sites I have found that offers as much as 90% off on their products:

1. Ensogo Philippines - started in July of this year after proving a success in Thailand. They donate 3% of their revenue to local charities and once a month they host an event and donate 100% of its proceed. They also offer 2x money back guarantee if you find an offer better than what they have.

2.  CashCashPinoy  - Started around September of this year.  From the people behind Enjoy Philippines in partnership with Moonline and Netbooster. For the most part, CashCashPinoy doesn't really need a minimum number of buyers unlike most of the other sites.

 3. Awesome! - From the people behind Our Awesome Planet in partnership with Boy Kuripot and Top Blogs.Ph

4.  LocalRoam - A fairly  new site. Started in  November this year.  Deals range from 50% off at Belo Medical Group to 58% off at Rapide to 60% at Beverly 6750

5. Etreet - the newest kid on the block. 

How do these sites able to get as much as 90% discount?  Group coupons works in the concept of collective buying.  These sites need to deliver a certain minimum number of people for these establishments to be able to avail of the discount.   If these sites do not meet the required number of coupons bought, then  you don't get the discount being offered. So sites like Ensogo, CashCashPinoy and LocalRoam offer P100 credit for successful referrals.  So if you see a bargain you are interested in, it is important to share it with your friends, the more people who buy the coupons, the more likelihood that you will get that bargain.  Joining all the sites mentioned above are FREE.
